About Me: |
My primary research interests are in Solar energy Applications, Thin films and Gas sensors.. I am a recipient of ‘Rajiv Gandhi Science Talent Research Scholar National Award for the year 2006. I also teach a couple of courses for Under Graduate and Post Graduate Students. For the details of these activities, please click on the appropriate icon on your left. Some of you might find the lecture notes page (some of the files here are incomplete and I am in the process of completing them) useful and interesting, which contains lecture notes on Quantum Mechanics, Advanced Material Science, Nano Electronics, Introduction to Nano-Science and Technology and Advanced Nano-Science and Technology for Graduate and Post Graduate students. |
