About Me:

My primary research interests include environmental geology, hydrogeology, remote sensing and GIS. My interests are also inclined towards applied engineering geology and environmental studies. I am also actively involved in various social and environmental projects. I have been conferred with “Women Scientist Award” during the 103rd Kannada Science Congress, organized by Kannada-Science Congress, Bengaluru. I have participated and presented research papers in many International and National level conferences held at different places such as Mysuru, Bengaluru, Surathkal, Pune, Tumakuru, Belagavi etc. I have also participated in diversified field training programs conducted at Geological Survey of India (GSI) Hyderabad, Geological Survey of India (GSI) Chitradurga, Indian Academy of Sciences (IASc) Bengaluru and Department of Earth Sciences, University of Mysore, Mysuru. My research papers are also published in various journals of international repute. I have also actively served as an organizing committee member in organizing various workshops and conferences.
