About Me:

Dr. Raghu J Mandya received his full-time doctrate (Ph.D) degree from National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK), Surathkal, India, in 2018. He was a teaching assistant from 2014 to 2018 in the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, NITK, Surathkal. From June 2018 to December 2020, he was working as an Assistant Professor at the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Amrita School of Engineering, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Bengaluru. Since December 2020, he has been working at the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, The National Institute of Engineering, Mysuru. He was a visiting Ph.D scholar at McMaster University, Canada, under the supervision of Dr. T. Kirubarajan in 2016.

Dr. Raghu is a recognized Ph.D supervisor under VTU.  He has also submitted a start-up research grant (SRG) project proposal. His research interests include radar/sonar target tracking, track segment association, track-before-detect (TBD) algorithms
