About Me: |
My primary research interests are in Structural Engineering and in particular, in the area of Fibre Reinforced Concrete, Alternate Building Materials and Technologies. I teach both under graduate and post graduate students. Students final year projects (about 5-6 projects) under my guidance were funded by KSCST, Govt. of Karnataka. One of the final year student’s projects was funded by MHRD, Govt. of India during 2015. From the outcome of this project, it was possible to apply for a patent during 2015 and response to First Examination Report for patent application from Indian Patent Office has been reviewed and filed again during May 2020. I am also involved in structural consultancy and material testing for various clients’ projects. I was one of the members in the Design team during the construction of NIE Golden Jubilee Complex and NIEIT buildings. I also worked as Students Welfare Officer (SWO) during 2016-2019. |
