The Computer Science Department of The National Institute of Engineering, Mysuru, had organised a three-day Student Development Programme from 1st to 3rd March, 2018 to create awareness about Angular Java Scripts and use it as framework, with the core goal of simplification.
About 65 Undergraduate students from VI semester (CSE & ISE) participated in this workshop, with 4 participants from outside NIE. The resource person for the 3-day event was Smt. Sunitha V, Director – IT Services, SP Tech Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru.
The workshop began with an informal inauguration function in the forenoon of 1st March 2018. The Chief Guest for the function was Dr. G. Raghavendra Rao, Professor, CSE and Former Chairman, CS Division, NIE, Mysuru. The heads of all the three departments under the Computer Science division were present on the occasion. The conveners for the SDP were Ms. Bhat Geetalaxmi Jayaram, Associate Professor, ISE and Dr. Anitha C., Assistant Professor, CSE. Mr. Narender M., Assistant Professor, CSE and Ms. Lavanya M.C., Assistant Professor, ISE were the coordinators.
