Submission Guidelines

• All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference

• Full papers need to be submitted in standard IEEE format

• The papers need to be submitted through Microsoft CMT portal

• The Maximum number of pages in double column format allowed is 6 pages and if it exceeds, extra charges are applicable

Registration Guidelines

• An author registration in the conference is mandatory to have the paper included in the conference program and the proceedings. i.e. attendee registration is not entitled for IEEE Xplore paper publication.

• At least one author of each accepted paper must register at full fee before 27th December, 2022. Late registration will be permitted upto 3rd January, 2023. Papers without at least one registered author will not be included in the final program for presentation and IEEE Xplore publication.

• Each full fee registration is entitled to present/publish up to a maximum of one (1) manuscript. A registered author can publish upto a maximum of two (2) more papers using the registration by paying additional charges as given in the registration fee table. The manuscripts may contain a maximum of six pages. Up to two (2) extra pages are permissible with an additional fee to be paid as given in the registration fee table.
